Ticks that hold at 20

Redstone farms, mob grinders and a full render distance all land on the same main thread. High-clock cores are the only thing that keeps that thread ahead of the tick, which is why every plan gets the same processor rather than saving it for the expensive ones.

Any jar you want to run

Paper, Vanilla, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge install in one click, and anything else goes in through the file manager or SFTP. Switching software later does not cost anything and does not need a ticket.

A bad update is not fatal

Automated backups run in the background and restore from the panel in one click. Take a manual snapshot before a version bump or a big world edit and you can always walk it back.

Console

The live log, filtered to warnings or errors when you only want those, with a command line under it and the server's CPU, memory, disk and network graphed beside it. Share a log with one click when you need someone else to read it.

Minecraft hosting
questions

What people ask before they put a Minecraft server with us, and the honest answer to each.

Premium plans run on AMD Ryzen™ 9 9950X at about 5.7 GHz with DDR5 memory and unmetered NVMe storage, in Ashburn, Virginia. Budget plans run on AMD EPYC™ 7662 at about 3.3 GHz with DDR4 memory and a fixed NVMe allowance, in Detroit, Michigan, for around half the price. Pick premium when single-core speed matters most, and budget when the price does.
Size on memory first. A Paper or vanilla world seats roughly five players per gigabyte, so 8GB comfortably holds a 40-player SMP. Modpacks are the exception: Forge and NeoForge packs want about twice the memory per player, so a 40-player modded server belongs on 16GB rather than 8GB. If you are between two tiers, take the larger one.
The server is provisioned immediately and the panel emails you its address and credentials. You picked your server software during checkout, so the world is already running the jar you chose. Versions, plugins, mods, worlds and whitelists are all yours to change in the panel from that point on.
Upgrading is available at any time and is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of your term, and your world and player data stay exactly where they are. Downgrading mid-term is not self-serve yet, so open a ticket before your renewal and we will move you down at the start of the next term.
No. We do not cap slots artificially. What actually limits your player count is memory, CPU and how heavy your plugins, mods and world are, which is why the plans are sized in RAM and vCores rather than in slots.
Premium plans run in Ashburn, Virginia and budget plans in Detroit, Michigan, so checkout selects the location that comes with the plan rather than offering a menu. If you need a European or Asia-Pacific node, talk to us first, because we would rather tell you honestly that latency will be poor than sell you a server that feels bad to play on.
On premium plans, unmetered NVMe storage, automated backups, DDoS protection, full FTP and console access, MySQL databases, a free subdomain and 1-click mod and plugin installs are all part of the plan price. Budget plans keep DDoS protection, full FTP and console access and 1-click installs, with a fixed NVMe allowance. There are no setup fees and no per-feature upsells at checkout.
